Note : Purchased serial number will be send to your email within 3 working days from the date of payment. Please check spam box in case of serial number not received.

1. When purchasing, please fill in your information carefully, authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the order form as we are not reponsible for any product sent to third party. If the registration of information is illigal,untrue and incomplete, we not respossible for the liablities and consequences caused by it and we reserves the rights to terminate your use of service.

2. The serial number and any information of TT Points will be sent to subscriber by email.

3. The serial number of TT Points software is strictly assigned to one computer only.

4. It is strictly forbidden to upload the software serial number to any cloud service or any terminal server. Once found in the background, your software serial number will be terminated immediately.

5. USD100 will be charged for following reinstall :

- Changing of new computer (from old computer to new computer).

- Changing of new hard disk on your existing computer.

6. Subscribers must submit and renew their software serial number 3 working days before the expiration date to continue to enjoy the use rights.

7. Special reminder : You should keep your software serial number and password properly as you will be responsible for any theft or password theft.

8. To improve the subscriber experience, ensure the security of the service and the consistency of product functions, TT Points may update the software.

9. Subscriber will have to renew their TT points analysis software on or before 3 working days in advance before the expiry date.

We do not hold any responsibility of any individual trade and any broker trading platform. Everyone must hold their own responsibility on every transaction of their trade. In addition, we strictly abide by laws and regulations that protect subscriber information.

Refund Policy

Thank you for your support on our product. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital product / serial number delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
